Consciously Rebuilding
Single, 40 and rebuilding!
Beginnings are hard.
I turned 40 this year.
And I’m single.
Starting over.
Again.
There’s something humbling about packing up your life and realizing you are restarting it from scratch.
Just you.
For a moment, it can feel like a failure.
But, what if it’s not?
What if starting over at 40 isn’t a sign that I’ve lost, but proof that I refuse to settle?
This isn’t my first reset. I’ve rebuilt before. Many times, like a phoenix rising from the ashes. If I’m honest, every time I’ve rebuild, my life has become more aligned.
More me.
Less compromise.
Less about others
More the real me.
So instead of hiding this chapter, I’m documenting it.
This sub stack will be my rebuild journal.
I’ll be sharing:
What I am purchasing as I set up my life again from zero
How I’m designing my home (even if it starts small)
What I’m focusing on each month
What I’m cutting out
What I’m investing in
What I’m healing
What I’m refusing to tolerate ever again.
Each month will have a focus.
One intentional theme.
No chaos, No Scrambling, Just aligned rebuilding, the slow and steady way.
Month One: Stabilize
(Health, Money, Nervous System, Routine)
Because starting over doesn’t have to be dramatic.
It can be strategic.
There’s something quietly powerful about a women who rebuilds life.
I’m not behind.
I’m not late.
I’m refining.
And if you are rebuilding too- at 30,40,50- I hope this space reminds you:
You are not starting from nothing. You are starting with experience and that is not nothing.
I don’t know how this chapter unfolds yet. But I do know this:
The next version of my life will be built on clarity, standards, self-trust and peace.
This time I am building it on purpose.
